If you live in Southern California, chances are you’ve been to a yoga class once or twice. If you haven’t, its time to jump on the bandwagon!
Yoga is one of my favorite ways to relax and get a workout all in one. This ancient practice has been practiced for over 5,000 years! Not only is it a great meditative exercise, but it’s also wonderful for strengthening your muscles and improving your posture.
Yesterday, I was reading the news on my iPad when I came across something that startled me. It seems that all of Los Angeles County has banned the throwing of footballs and frisbees at their public beaches over the summer.

The online petition received 474 signatures as of Wednesday morning and the proposal will be voted on August 24, 2011.
